Thursday nights Coleraine 10k was another great success with 101 runners completing the challenging course. This well organised event is run from Coleraine University along the quiet country roads around the campus. The conditions were almost perfect for this 10k run, the weather was mainly dry, with some light drizzle and the humidity was very high.1st home was Emmett McGinty of City of Derrys in a time of 33:15 with a new course record.2nd was Paul Heron Larne AC 33:50 3rd  city of derrys Noel Logan 33:53.1th home for Foyle valleys was Pius McIntyre 4th with a well strategic run 34:02.6th was city of derrys Gary Slevin 34:26 next home from the Derry clubs was Foyle valleys Ryan Snodgrass 10th over all 36:29.3rd home for Foyle valley Martin Dunleavy 39:26.Then Billy Orr  41:10 Billy just happy to be back running. Well done all.
