Almost 200 athletes put their toe to the line for what was a highly successful 7th annual Danny McDaid 15k road race-fun run on Sunday. Foyle Valley was well represented with 15th members running. Letterkenny AC had the top three places 1th Patrick Brennan won his first ever Danny McDaid title in a time of 48.59.2nd Ciaran Doherty 49.11.3rd Pauric McKinney 50:44. Paddy Doherty was first home for city of derry in 51:25 first home for Foyle Valley was Pius McIntyre in 52:42 class running from the man in form. Paddy Nicell was next home for valley in 55:30 Ryan Snodgrass was just behind in 55:38.
